You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use ClarityApex. By creating an account you represent that the information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for actions taken under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@clarityapex.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse, suspicious activity, or breach of these terms.

3. Permitted use

ClarityApex provides analytical tools for informational purposes only. You may:

• View, download, and export information for your personal or internal business evaluation.
• Share insight summaries with colleagues or advisors provided attribution to ClarityApex is retained.

You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute datasets, or use automated scraping unless expressly permitted in writing.

4. Investment disclaimer

ClarityApex is not a financial advisor, mortgage broker, or estate agent. All data, forecasts, and calculators are provided "as is" for educational purposes. You are solely responsible for conducting due diligence and obtaining professional advice before making investment decisions.

5. Subscription and payment

Some features may be offered on a paid basis. Prices, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be displayed at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, software, and proprietary datasets remain the property of ClarityApex and our licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the service in accordance with the permitted use above.

7. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party properties, lenders, or partners. ClarityApex is not responsible for the content or practices of external websites and your interactions with them are governed by their respective policies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClarityApex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the preceding twelve months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend access with reasonable notice if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the product. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and liability limitations) will continue to apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts located in England will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. If updates are material we will notify you via email or an in-app banner. Continued use of ClarityApex after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
